Rinse Mouth x 3

Wash mouth thoroughly and spit out each time

Clean Nose x 3

Wash nose by putting water in the palm and pushing upwards in to the nose and than blowing it out

Wash Face x 3

Wash face thoroughly

Wash Right Arm x 3

Wash arms thoroughly up to the elbows

Wash Laft Aram x 3

Wash arms thoroughly up to the elbows

Clean both Ears x 1

Insert fore-finger in to the ear and use along sid the thumb to clean the ear

Wipe hands over head x 1

Wipe wet hands over the head

Wash Right Foot x 3

Wash feet, including between the toes using the little finger. The whole foot is than also washed

Wash Left Foot x 3

Wash feet, including between the toes using the little finger. The whole foot is than also washed

Recite on completing

Ashadwana Lia illaha illal lahu laa Shareeka lahu wa Ashadwana Muhammadan ab'dahu wa rasooluhu

(I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah (God) alone, who has no partner and I bear witness that Muhammad is his last Prophet and messenger)

Other Supplications that can be added or recited

Allahum maj'alnee minat-taw waa beena waj'alnee minal-muta tahhireen

(O Allah (God) make me among those who turn to you in repentance and make me among those who are purified)

Subhaanaka Allahumma wa bi hamdhika, ash-hadu an la illaa anta asatag firuka wa atoobu ilayk

(Glory and Praise is to you, O Allah (God); I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but you. I seek your forgiveness and turn to you in repentance)
